Through Dispatch no. 259/2026, the Regional Secretariat of Health and Civil Protection granted scholarship status to nurse Maria Marcelina Caldeira Cavaleiro Fernandes, from the staff list of the Health Service of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (SESARAM, EPERAM).
The professional will attend the Master's Course in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing at the S. José de Cluny Higher School of Nursing, with the measure remaining in effect until March 10, 2027. The decision aims at specialization and deepening knowledge with a positive impact on the performance of her public duties.
