The Regional Government of Madeira has authorized the renewal of the lease agreement for the property housing the Dr. Rui Adriano de Freitas Health Center in Nazare.
Through Ordinance no. 266/2026, the Regional Government of Madeira has formalized the renewal of the non-residential lease agreement for the property housing the Dr. Rui Adriano de Freitas Health Center (Nazare), located at Avenida do Colegio Militar, no. 27, in the parish of Sao Martinho, Funchal.
The contract, originally signed on December 30, 2013, between the Health Service of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, EPERAM and IHM - Investimentos Habitacionais da Madeira, EPERAM, has been renewed for a period of one year, starting on September 1, 2026, and ending on August 31, 2027.
The monthly rent is set at 7,608.65 euros, totaling 91,303.80 euros, exempt from VAT. The budgetary charges are distributed as follows:
The expenditure is provided for under funding source 319, economic classification D.02.02.04, of the budget of the Health Service of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, EPERAM.
