Master of Nursing Rui Nuno Fernandes Faria assumes the first-degree intermediate management position at the Regional Civil Protection Service.
The Regional Secretariat for Health and Civil Protection, through Order No. 217/2026, has appointed Rui Nuno Fernandes Faria to the position of Regional Fire Inspector of the Regional Civil Protection Service, IP-RAM.
The appointment, made under a service commission regime for a three-year period (renewable), follows a prior competitive procedure (Notice No. 75/2026). Rui Nuno Faria, a Master of Nursing with extensive experience in medical emergency and training, had already been performing duties in the same role since 2025, and is now formally appointed to the position.
Inter-career mobility has been authorized for a technical assistant to move to the senior technician career within the Human Resources Management Service of the Regional Secretariat for Health and Civil Protection.
Ordinance No. 401/2026 authorizes the distribution of 1,554,300.09 euros, plus 6% VAT, for the centralized procurement of National Vaccination Plan vaccines for the next year.
