The Regional Government of Madeira has awarded the contract for the 2nd phase of the Porto Santo Local Health Unit for approximately 29 million euros.
The Regional Government Council, meeting in plenary session on March 26, 2026, approved the award of the contract designated "PORTO SANTO LOCAL HEALTH UNIT - PHASE 2 - A", in accordance with Resolution no. 167/2026.
The project was awarded to the consortium composed of the companies TECNOVIA - MADEIRA, SOCIEDADE DE EMPREITADAS S.A., AFAVIAS - ENGENHARIA E CONSTRUÇÕES, S.A., and FARROBO, SOCIEDADE DE CONSTRUÇÕES S.A., for the contractual value of 28,997,000.00 €. The stipulated execution period for the contract is 720 days.
