IASAÚDE appoints new Director of Information Systems Services
Master in Informatics Engineering, José Miguel Fabrício Pereira Teixeira, takes over the management of IASAÚDE information systems for a three-year term.
The Institute of Health Administration, IP-RAM (IASAÚDE), has a new leader for its Information Systems Directorate. Through Order no. 154/2026, the Master in Informatics Engineering, José Miguel Fabrício Pereira Teixeira, was appointed to the 1st-degree Intermediate Management position.
The new director, who was already working at the institute, has an extensive background in information technology and administrative modernization, having previously worked at the Regional Directorate of Statistics of Madeira. The appointment, under a service commission regime, will last for three years and aims to ensure the regional health digital transformation and cybersecurity strategy.
