The Government Council Resolution No. 661/2026 authorizes the expropriation of a land parcel valued at €16,222.10, necessary for the construction of the new road.
The Regional Government Council has authorized the expropriation of a private plot of land necessary to proceed with the "Construction of the Vasco Gil/Fundoa New Link - Level 500 - 1st Phase" project. Regional Government Council Resolution No. 661/2026 approves the amicable expropriation of the land parcel identified as No. 90/A in the project's subdivision plan.
The owners of the land are José Óscar Gomes da Silva and Martinha Fernandes Pimenta da Silva. The total agreed value for the expropriation is €16,222.10 (sixteen thousand, two hundred and twenty-two euros and ten cents).
The expropriation was previously declared to be in the public interest by earlier resolutions (No. 120/2009 and No. 1319/2011). The Regional Secretary for Finance has been mandated to execute the corresponding deed on behalf of the Autonomous Region of Madeira.
