Regional Government redistributes funds for energy improvements in two public buildings
The Regional Secretariat for Equipment and Infrastructure has redistributed funds for energy efficiency works at the Marmeleiros Hospital and the Machico Health Center.
Ordinance no. 235/2026 formalizes the redistribution of budgetary burdens for two energy improvement projects integrated into the 4th Group of interventions in public buildings (process no. 25/2024):
- Marmeleiros Hospital (Lot 1): With a total value of €725,000.00, the budget was staggered into €120,052.11 for the year 2025 and €604,947.89 for the year 2026.
- Machico Health Center (Lot 2): With a total value of €1,909,743.04, the expenditure was redistributed into €718,485.08 for 2025 and €1,191,257.96 for 2026.
The fixed amounts may be increased by the balance determined in the previous year, and VAT at the current legal rate must be added to the mentioned values.
