Regional Government adjusts budget charges for Madeira Central Hospital supervision
The Regional Government of Madeira has amended and redistributed the budget charges related to the supervision and coordination contract for the Madeira Central Hospital construction work.
Through Ordinance no. 226/2026, published in the Official Journal of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the Regional Government has amended the scheduling of budget charges provided for the contract MADEIRA CENTRAL HOSPITAL - CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION AND COORDINATION SERVICES (process no. 6/2020). The total contract value remains at 8,046,222.41 euros.
The measure, signed by the Regional Secretaries of Finance and Equipment and Infrastructure, establishes a new multi-annual payment plan extending until the year 2040. The defined schedule is as follows:
- 2021: €149,532.50
- 2022: €670,020.00
- 2023: €802,790.00
- 2024: €799,153.65
- 2025: €808,052.50
- 2026: €747,080.21
- 2027: €1,095,240.00
- 2028: €1,095,240.00
- 2029: €1,095,240.00
- 2030: €547,620.00
- 2031 to 2035: €37,800.57 per year
- 2036 to 2040: €9,450.14 per year
The ordinance further stipulates that the amounts set for each financial year may be increased by the balance determined in the previous year. The expenditure for the year 2026 is duly allocated in the RAM Budget, and the values for the years 2027 to 2040 will be included in the respective future budget proposals. VAT at the legal rate in force is added to the indicated values.
