The Regional Finance Secretariat has published the updated maps I to VIII of the Autonomous Region of Madeira's Budget for 2025, reflecting the budgetary changes made until the end of the year.
The Regional Directorate of Finance, led by Tânia Macedo de Oliveira Camacho Fernandes, has made public Declaration No. 3/2026, of July 16. This act formalizes the publication of the consolidated budget maps for the year 2025.
In compliance with legislation, specifically paragraph 1 of Article 5 of Regional Regulatory Decree No. 1/2017/M, of February 23, the Maps I to VIII mentioned in paragraph 1 of Article 12 of Law No. 28/92, of September 1 are disclosed. These documents were modified to incorporate all budgetary changes that were approved and executed until December 31, 2025.
The publication of these maps represents the regularization and transparency of the previous year's budget execution, providing a complete and definitive view of the revenues and expenditures of the Autonomous Region of Madeira for that fiscal year.
Ordinance No. 389/2026 authorizes the redistribution of budgetary charges up to 52.2 million euros to finance eligible and non-eligible investments under the Recovery and Resilience Plan.
The Regional Budget and Treasury Directorate has published Provisional Account No. 3/2026, presenting the financial results of the Autonomous Region of Madeira for the period from January 1 to September 30, 2025.
The Final Account No. 1/2026 of the Madeira Autonomous Region, reporting on the budget execution for the year 2025, has been published in the Official Journal.
