The Final Account No. 1/2026 of the Madeira Autonomous Region, reporting on the budget execution for the year 2025, has been published in the Official Journal.
The Regional Secretariat for Finance has made public the Final Account of the Madeira Autonomous Region for the year 2025. The document, identified as Final Account of the Madeira Autonomous Region No. 1/2026, was approved by the Regional Director of the Budgetary Entity, Treasury and Finance, Tânia Fernandes, on July 16, 2026.
The account covers the period from January 1 to December 31, 2025 and constitutes the official financial report presenting the results of the region's budget execution for that year. Its publication in the Official Journal fulfills the legal requirements for transparency and accountability.
The Legislative Assembly approved the budgetary programming framework setting spending limits for the next five years, totalling over 14.8 billion euros.
Rectification Statement No. 22/2026 corrects a budgetary classification inaccuracy for a PRR-funded project managed by the Madeira Institute for Business Development.
