Cash shortage allowance granted to education senior technician
The Regional Government has determined the granting of a cash shortage allowance to senior technician Virgínia Patrícia Sousa Andrade, also defining the substitution regime.
Through Joint Order No. 53/2026, the Regional Secretariat for Education, Science and Technology and the Regional Secretariat for Finance established the granting of a remuneration supplement, known as a cash shortage allowance, to senior technician Virgínia Patrícia Sousa Andrade.
The measure is justified by the fact that the employee handles values, cash or securities with an estimated annual value exceeding 50,000 euros, falling under the regime provided for by Decree-Law No. 20/89/M and Regional Legislative Decree No. 11/2025/M. The order also stipulates that, during her absences and impediments, the employee will be replaced by technical assistant Margarida Maria Gonçalves.
