Dispatch No. 336/2026 delegates powers to the school's Executive Council Vice-Presidents and ratifies acts performed since July.
The President of the Executive Council of Jaime Moniz Secondary School, Carlos Pontes Vasconcelos, has delegated specific powers to his Vice-Presidents. Dispatch No. 336/2026, dated 27 July, defines the new responsibilities of each.
According to the dispatch, the competence to preside over the Administrative Council has been delegated to Vice-President Ricardo Paulo da Graça Abreu. In turn, Vice-President Nita Pontes Vasconcelos has been delegated authority regarding the hierarchical dependency of non-teaching staff, with the exception of performance evaluation, which maintains its own rules.
The document also designates Vice-President Ricardo Paulo da Graça Abreu to substitute for the President in his absences and impediments. Furthermore, the dispatch ratifies all acts performed by the two Vice-Presidents under this delegation since 24 July 2026, the date of the Executive Council's inauguration.
The delegation of powers came into effect the day after its publication in the Official Journal.
