APRAM – Administration of the Ports of the Autonomous Region of Madeira S.A. has publicly announced, through Notice No. 11/2026, a formal application from the company «Marina da Baía do Funchal, S.A.» (Tax ID 518 694 968) for the granting of a private use license for Hangar C4, located at the São Lázaro Nautical Center in Funchal port bay.
The applicant intends to use the space to install a workshop to support the management and operation of the Funchal Marina concessionaire. The license is requested for a period of 10 years, with a monthly financial consideration of €300.00 (three hundred euros), plus VAT at the applicable legal rate.
The notice, published in JORAM, now opens a public consultation period of 30 working days. During this period, any interested party may submit objections to the granting of the license to APRAM services. Potential interested parties may also visit the site and obtain further information by contacting the port administration directly.
