Madeira allocates 525 thousand euros to ARDITI for Ocean Technologies acquisition
The Regional Agency for the Development of Research, Technology and Innovation (ARDITI) will receive 525,129 euros for equipment acquisition under the Ocean Technologies project.
The Government Council authorized an amendment to the program contract with ARDITI - Regional Agency for the Development of Research, Technology and Innovation, reprogramming the funding for the acquisition of Ocean Technologies. The measure is included in Regional Government Council Resolution No. 783/2026.
The total amount remains at 525,129.00 euros, but its execution has been reprogrammed. Initially, part of the amount was planned for 2025, but due to constraints in procurement procedures, the entire amount will now be executed in 2026.
The approved new financial programming is as follows:
- Fiscal year 2025: 0.00 €
- Fiscal year 2026: 525,129.00 €
The amendment aims to ensure the implementation of the ongoing Ocean Technologies project. The first addendum to the program contract has been approved and will be executed by the Regional Secretary of Education, Science and Technology.
