MPE Authorized to Sell Plot in Porto Santo Business Park
Madeira Parques Empresariais, S.A. has been authorized to sell Plot No. 17 of Subdivision III in the Porto Santo Business Park, with a book value exceeding 31 thousand euros.
The Regional Government has authorized the sale of a construction plot in the Porto Santo Business Park. The operation, approved by Regional Government Council Resolution No. 746/2026, involves MPE - Madeira Parques Empresariais, Sociedade Gestora, S.A.
The property in question is Plot No. 17 of Subdivision III of the Porto Santo Business Park, located in the Matas - Tanque area, in the parish and municipality of Porto Santo. The plot has an area of 450 m² and a book value of €31,542.15.
The authorization is granted under Clause XXIV of the MPE Concession, which requires prior authorization from the Regional Government for the sale or encumbrance of plots. The Government considers these operations essential for attracting investment, creating jobs, and serving the public interest.
