The extension of the execution deadline for a funding contract under the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism (RRM) has been authorized. Resolution No. 710/2026 allows for the signing of a third amendment to the contract with Dilectus - Residências Assistidas, S.A..
The contractual ceiling, which was initially set for June 30, 2026, has been extended until November 30, 2026. This extension aims to ensure the full financial closure of the investment project. The resolution recalls that the final deadline for the completion of all definitive milestones and targets under the RRM is set for August 31, 2026.
The contractual change was formally requested by the company and is justified to align the contract with the final deadlines established by European legislation and the European Commission's communication on the closure of the mechanism.
