Portaria No. 273/2026 redistributes the amount of €1,679,508.93 for surveillance and security at APRAM, which manages the ports of Madeira, across 2026 to 2029.
The Regional Secretariat for Finance and the Regional Secretariat for the Economy have published Portaria No. 273/2026, which redistributes and amends the budgetary commitments for the «Acquisition of Surveillance and Security Services» for APRAM - Administração dos Portos da Região Autónoma da Madeira, S.A. The overall amount is €1,679,508.93 for a period of 36 months. In practice, the expenditure is spread across the years 2026 to 2029.
The portaria amends point 1 of Portaria No. 73/2026, published in the Jornal Oficial, I Série, No. 37, of 3 March, which had made the first distribution of these commitments. The new text sets a different annual schedule. The document does not indicate the amounts previously planned, so it is not possible to compare the earlier distribution with the new one. The sum of the four instalments corresponds to the overall amount of €1,679,508.93 (one million, six hundred and seventy-nine thousand, five hundred and eight euros and ninety-three cents). Value-added tax at the legal rate in force is added to this sum, if legally due.
