The Regional Directorate of Heritage will open a public auction procedure for the lease of the bar/cafeteria space at the Porto Santo Multipurpose Pavilion.
The Regional Government of Madeira, through Resolution no. 276/2026, has authorized the opening of a public auction procedure for the lease of the space intended for a bar/cafeteria, located at the Porto Santo Multipurpose Pavilion, in Sítio das Matas. The measure aims to monetize public assets, following principles of competition and transparency.
The procedure will be conducted by the Regional Directorate of Heritage, allowing for the reactivation of this commercial space which is currently closed, thus ensuring a service offering for the pavilion's users.
Ordinance No. 309/2026 introduces the first amendment to the 'Energy Efficiency 2030' system regulation, adjusting support rates and the overall financial allocation.
Order No. 310/2026 changes the amount and budgetary phasing of the business capitalization project under the Recovery and Resilience Plan, reducing the overall financial burden.
