The Regional Government of Madeira has set new maximum retail prices for fuels, effective from May 3, 2026.
Through Joint Order No. 37/2026, published in the Official Journal of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the new maximum retail prices for fuels have been approved. This update comes into effect from 00:00 on May 4, 2026.
The measure, signed by the acting Regional Secretary for the Economy, Micaela Cristina Fonseca de Freitas, and the Regional Secretary for Finance, Duarte Nuno Nunes de Freitas, aims to regulate prices in the regional market.
