Regional Government supports four cultural projects with 34,500 euros
The Regional Government of Madeira has approved cultural cooperation protocols to support four distinct artistic initiatives in the region.
The Regional Government Council has authorized the signing of four cultural development and cooperation protocols, aiming to boost cultural offerings and decentralize events in the Autonomous Region of Madeira. The financial support, totaling 34,500 euros, is intended for the following entities and projects:
- Refrão Protagonista - Associação Cultural: Support of €6,000.00 for the 3rd Santana Alternative Theater Festival "FES.TAS" (Resolution no. 617/2026).
- Associação Cultural Recreativa e Artística Baile Histórico: Support of €2,000.00 for the organization of a cycle of historical ballroom dances in the RAM (Resolution no. 618/2026).
- Bruno Miguel Pereira Pinto: Support of €4,000.00 for the production of the musical project "Do Outro Lado Do Espelho" (Resolution no. 619/2026).
- Associação Cultural Furabardos: Support of €22,500.00 for the 8th Madeira International Street Arts Festival, the "Madeira Street Art Festival" (Resolution no. 623/2026).
All protocols are valid until December 31, 2026, and aim to promote culture, decentralization, and the appreciation of regional heritage.
