The Regional Directorate for the Administration of Justice has signed permanent employment contracts with five Registry Officers, who will now work at other registry offices in the Region.
The Regional Directorate for the Administration of Justice has published, through Notice No. 558/2026, the signing of permanent public employment contracts with five employees for the performance of duties in the special career and category of Registry Officer.
The recruitment procedure, opened through Notice No. 395/2026, was restricted to employees already integrated in the same career and aimed to fill posts on the Regional Directorate's staff map. The contracts were signed under the authority delegated by the Regional Secretary for Education, Science and Technology, pursuant to Dispatch No. 769/2025.
The employees retain the salary positions corresponding to their previous legal and functional situations, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
The same edition published Correction Declaration No. 42/2026, which amends Notice No. 536/2026, published on 20 October. That notice concerns two graduates hired for the category of Registry Officer (Conservador de Registos), and the correction changes the effective date of both contracts to 1 November 2026, replacing the previously stated date of 15 October.
