The Regional Government has authorized the renewal of a rental contract for a service room at the Porto Santo Congress Center, for a total amount of 2,512.80 euros.
Ordinance No. 525/2026 authorizes the distribution of budgetary charges for the renewal of a non-residential rental contract in Porto Santo. The contract concerns a division intended for services, identified as room "4.3", located on the 1st floor of the building called "Porto Santo Congress Center", at Rua Dr. Nuno Silvestre Teixeira, nos. 11, 13 and 15, in Vila do Porto Santo.
The total amount determined for the renewal is 2,512.80 € (two thousand five hundred and twelve euros and eighty cents), exempt from VAT. This amount will be distributed over the years 2026 (513.37 €) and 2027 (1,999.43 €). The ordinance takes effect from October 18, 2026.
The measure aims to ensure the continuity of the occupation of a space for service purposes in the Congress Center facilities, an important infrastructure for boosting economic and tourist activity on the island of Porto Santo.
