Senior technician Márcia Rubina Rodrigues Vieira has been designated to lead the Division of Management Support and Human Resources of the Regional Directorate of Archives, Libraries and Books.
The Regional Secretariat for Tourism, Environment and Culture has designated Márcia Rubina Rodrigues Vieira to the position of Head of the Division of Management Support and Human Resources of the Regional Directorate of Archives, Libraries and Books (DRABL). The appointment was published through Order No. 378/2026.
Márcia Vieira, who holds a degree in Romance Languages and Literatures and is a senior technician integrated into the Centralized Human Resources Management System, assumes the intermediate management position of 2nd degree under a service commission regime, for one year. The designation takes effect from September 1, 2026.
The position corresponds to a new organic unit created within the scope of the restructuring of DRABL, approved by Order No. 335/2026. The division will have responsibilities in the areas of public procurement, human resources, planning, quality, supply, and archives.
The order highlights the profile and professional experience of the appointee, who has been performing functions at DRABL since 2020, namely in human resources coordination and quality management. Previously, she accumulated extensive experience at the Regional Development Institute, IP-RAM (IDR).
