Finance appoints two directors for property and statistics

The Regional Secretariat for Finance has appointed two directors to regional administration services, both on three-year service commissions. The decisions are set out in orders published in the JORAM on 25 September 2026.

• Miguel Gomes Nunes has been appointed to the senior management post of Director of the Valuation and Inspection Services Directorate, within the Regional Directorate for Property, under Order No. 379/2026. The appointment takes effect on 21 September 2026. The recruitment procedure was opened by Notice No. 402/2026, published in JORAM, Series II, No. 151, on 25 August.
• Rita Brazão de Freitas has been appointed to the senior management post of Director of the Planning, Methodology, Studies and Dissemination Services Directorate, within the Regional Directorate of Statistics of Madeira, under Order No. 380/2026. The appointment takes effect on 15 September 2026. The recruitment procedure was opened by Notice No. 258/2026, published in JORAM, Series II, No. 107, Supplement, on 19 June.

The orders provide for the costs of the appointments to be covered by the respective budgets of the Regional Secretariat for Finance. They were signed by the Regional Secretary for Finance, Duarte Nuno Nunes de Freitas.
