JORAM issues correction to summary of resolution on ARDITI project
A rectification statement has been published to correct the summary of a previous resolution on a program-contract with ARDITI, specifying that the funding is for the 'Atlantic Sentinel' project.
A Rectification Statement No. 32/2026 has been published to correct an inaccuracy in the summary of a previously published Regional Government resolution. The correction concerns the Resolution of the Regional Government Council No. 807/2026, of August 17.
In the original summary, it read that the amendment to the program-contract with the Regional Agency for the Development of Research, Technology and Innovation (ARDITI) aimed to provide the agency with financial resources for the 'acquisition of Ocean Technologies', in the amount of €130,027.00.
After the rectification, the correct text of the summary is: “Authorizes the amendment of the program-contract signed with the Regional Agency for the Development of Research, Technology and Innovation - ARDITI, on October 21, 2025, with the purpose of defining the process of financial cooperation between the contracting parties, with a view to providing ARDITI with the financial resources necessary for the execution of the 'Atlantic Sentinel' project, in the maximum amount of €130,027.00.”
The changes are twofold: the date of the program-contract signing changes from the 16th to the 21st of October 2025, and the purpose of the funding is specified as being the execution of the 'Atlantic Sentinel' project, instead of the generic 'acquisition of Ocean Technologies'.
