Laura Sofia Jesus Freitas appointed head of division at the Inclusion Secretariat
Laura Sofia Jesus Freitas has been appointed to lead the Division of Asset Management, Monitoring and Reporting at the Regional Secretariat for Inclusion, Labour and Youth. Her three-year appointment takes effect on 15 October 2026.
Laura Sofia Jesus Freitas has been appointed head of the Division of Asset Management, Monitoring and Reporting (DGPAR) in the Office of the Regional Secretary for Inclusion, Labour and Youth. The appointment, to a second-tier middle-management position, is for a three-year term under a service commission, renewable for equal periods.
The decision is set out in Order No. 417/2026 and takes effect on 15 October 2026. Laura Sofia Jesus Freitas is a senior officer in the centralised human resources management system of the Regional Secretariat, assigned to the staffing establishment of the Secretary's Office. The order states that she holds a master's degree in Financial Analysis and was selected following the recruitment procedure launched by Notice No. 358/2026.
The curriculum vitae published with the order also lists a postgraduate qualification in Accounting and Financial Management in Public Administration, completed in 2024, and a bachelor's degree in Hotel Organisation and Management, obtained in 2018.
