Government appoints two lawyers to management positions at the Authority for Working Conditions

The Regional Secretary for Inclusion, Labour and Youth, Paula Cristina Baptista Margarido, has appointed two lawyers to management positions at the Regional Authority for Working Conditions (ARCT). Both appointments were made on a secondment basis, for a period of three years, renewable.

• Albina Maria Maurício Jardim was appointed, through Order No. 351/2026, to the position of Head of the Labour Infractions Division at ARCT, an intermediate management position of the 2nd degree. The appointee holds a law degree and is a Senior Technician in the centralised human resources management system of the Regional Secretariat for Inclusion, Labour and Youth, assigned to the ARCT staff roster. The order takes effect on 26 August 2026.
• Andreia Isabel Rodrigues Florença was appointed, through Order No. 352/2026, to the position of Director of the Legal Affairs Directorate Services at ARCT, an intermediate management position of the 1st degree. The appointee also holds a law degree and is a Senior Technician in the same centralised system, also assigned to the ARCT staff roster. This order also takes effect on 26 August 2026.

The appointments result from previously opened competitive procedures to fill these positions. Both orders have budgetary provision under the heading of the Regional Secretariat for Inclusion, Labour and Youth.
