The Agency for Innovation and Modernisation of RAM has created a working capital fund to cover essential and non-deferrable payments, such as advertising for public tenders.
Dispatch No. 377/2026 has been published, establishing a working capital fund at the Agency for Innovation and Modernisation of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, IP-RAM (AIM, IP-RAM).
The fund, with a total amount of €1,075.00, is intended to cover essential, non-deferrable, and low-value expenses that are not suited to the usual public administration payment methods. It will be replenished monthly as it is used.

The fund will be managed using a debit card (IGCP Charge Card) and is the responsibility of employee Martim Manuel Spínola Homem de Gouveia, who will be substituted, in case of absence, by Lisandra Sousa Fernandes Correia.
The dispatch came into effect the day after its publication.
