Official Gazette rectifies numbering of resolution on property acquisition price updates

A rectification statement has been published to correct a lapse in the numbering of an official act by the Regional Government.
Rectification Statement No. 29/2026, from the Regional Directorate of Public Administration, rectifies the numbering of Regional Government Council Resolution No. 822/2026, dated August 24, which had been published with an incorrect number.
In the Official Gazette, Series I, No. 150, where the resolution was initially published, it read Regional Government Council Resolution No. 828/2026. The rectification statement establishes that the correct number is Regional Government Council Resolution No. 822/2026.
The content of the resolution remains unchanged: the act proceeds with the update of the acquisition values for the remaining properties identified in paragraph 1 of Regional Government Council Resolution No. 1/2025, dated January 6. This update results from the price revision foreseen in point 8.5 of the public tender announcement OPCC 1/2024.
