Four Appointments to Management and Technical Positions in Regional Administration
Four appointments and designations for management and technical positions in different regional secretariats, including Economy, Finance, and Social Security, have been published.
The Official Journal of Madeira has published four acts of appointment and designation for positions in the regional public administration, covering areas such as economy, ship registry, cybersecurity, and financial management.
- Dispatch No. 322/2026 (Regional Secretariat for the Economy): Appoints Nádia Filipa Ascensão Pires Jardim, a graduate in Sociology of Work and a senior technician at the SRE, to the position of Head of the Strategy and Planning Division of the Office of the Regional Secretary for the Economy. The appointment is on a secondment basis for three years.
- Dispatch No. 323/2026 (Regional Secretariat for Finance): Designates, on a one-year secondment, Master in Naval and Ocean Engineering, Gonçalo Nuno Teixeira, to join the technical group of the Madeira International Ship Registry (MAR). The designation takes effect on August 19, 2026.
- Dispatch No. 324/2026 (Regional Secretariat for Finance): Designates Miguel Marcelino de Barros, a graduate in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering and an expert at IASaúde, as Head of the Multidisciplinary Team of the Madeira Cybersecurity Competence Centre (C3M). The designation will be in force until December 2026.
- Notice No. 359/2026 (Regional Secretariat for Inclusion, Work and Youth / ISSM): Makes public the authorization for the renewal of the secondment of Emanuel Gregório Abreu de Freitas to the position of Director of the Financial Management Department of the Madeira Social Security Institute (ISSM, IP-RAM). The renewal is for three years, with retroactive effect from July 6, 2026.
