Government renews service commissions for four Finance division heads
The Regional Secretariat of Finance has renewed the mandates of four senior technicians in intermediate management positions, effective from September.
The Regional Government of Madeira has authorized the renewal of the service commissions for four senior technicians in intermediate management positions at the Regional Secretariat of Finance. The renewals, published in notices in the Official Journal, take effect from September 18, 2026.
The orders, signed by the Regional Secretary of Finance on July 17, aim to ensure continuity in the leadership of key divisions of the Budgetary Entity, Treasury and Finance of the Autonomous Region of Madeira.
The renewed positions are as follows:
- Hélder Dinis Nunes da Silva as Head of Process Control Division, via Notice No. 341/2026.
- Regina Maria Vieira Pestana as Head of Administrative and Human Resources Management Division, via Notice No. 342/2026.
- Laureano Secundino Ascenção de Macedo as Head of Quality and Archive Division, via Notice No. 343/2026.
- Sandra Cristina de Deus as Head of Treasury Division, via Notice No. 344/2026.
All renewals were formalized by the Head of Cabinet, Roman Feliciano Neto Pinto, on July 20, 2026.
