Carmen Santana appointed Director of Services at IVBAM
Carmen Patricia de Abreu Santana takes over as Director of Marketing and Cultural Goods Services at the Wine, Embroidery and Handicrafts Institute of Madeira.
The Regional Secretary of Agriculture and Fisheries has appointed, on an interim basis, Carmen Patricia de Abreu Santana to the position of Director of Marketing and Cultural Goods Services at the Wine, Embroidery and Handicrafts Institute of Madeira (IVBAM, IP-RAM), in accordance with Order no. 260/2026.
The appointment, effective June 18, 2026, aims to ensure the continued operation of the organizational unit following the departure of the previous officeholder. Carmen Santana, a senior technician on the IVBAM staff, holds an extensive background in the promotion of wines and regional products, including international certifications from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust.
