The Madeiran Executive has formalized the permanent integration of two workers who performed duties at the Regional Public Administration Office in Porto Santo.
The Joint Order No. 40/2026, signed by the Regional Secretariats of Finance and Equipment and Infrastructure, determined the consolidation of the public interest transfers of two workers, ensuring their permanent integration into the regional administration.

The workers, who previously held contracts with the Porto Santo Development Society (SDPS), will now join the centralized human resources management system of the Regional Secretariat of Finance, being assigned to the Office of the Regional Secretary of Finance (GAPS). The decision, effective as of May 1, 2026, maintains the remuneration corresponding to the 4th pay grade, level 10 of the Single Salary Table, and recognizes the employees' seniority with the allocation of 2 points for career progression purposes.
