Regional Government amends organic laws of the Finance Secretariat and EOTF
Through Resolution no. 252/2026, the Regional Government Council approved the Regional Regulatory Decree that amends two fundamental diplomas for the Region's financial management:
- Regional Regulatory Decree no. 12/2025/M, of September 1st, which defines the Organic Law of the Regional Secretariat of Finance;
- Regional Regulatory Decree no. 7/2026/M, of March 20th, which establishes the Organic Law of the Budget, Treasury and Finance Entity of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (EOTF).
These changes aim to adjust the operation and organic structure of these regional bodies, as deliberated in the plenary meeting held on April 23rd, 2026.
