The Presidency of the Regional Government has rectified an order regarding the remuneration of a specialist technician.
Through Rectification Declaration no. 22/2026, the Office of the President of the Regional Government corrected Order no. 188/2026, published previously. The rectification concerns the gross monthly base remuneration of the specialist technician Maria Inês Branquinho da Costa Neves, which now corresponds to 76.83% of the standard value for top-level management positions, maintaining the 20% supplement for schedule exemption and permanent availability. The date of the order was also corrected to April 23, 2026.
The Regional Secretariat for Agriculture and Fisheries has simplified obligations and adjusted the reduction and exclusion regime for Local Action Groups under sub-measure 19.4.
Ordinance no. 246/2026 approves the new core structure of the Regional Directorate of Agriculture and Rural Development (DRA), creating new organic units to optimize support for the sector.
Resolution no. 576/2026 grants powers to the Regional Secretary of Equipment and Infrastructure to represent the Region in the Vialitoral company.
