Changes and competitions in regional public administration

The Regional Government of Madeira has proceeded with changes and movements in intermediate management positions, as published in the JORAM supplement on April 30, 2026:

• Dismissal at the Conservatory: Master Maria Fernandes Pereira was dismissed, at her request, from the position of Division Chief of the Legal Support Division of the Conservatory - School of Arts of Madeira (intermediate management position of 2nd degree), with retroactive effects to April 12, 2026, according to Order no. 196/2026.
• Competition at ARAE: A competitive procedure has been opened for the position of Director of Human Resources and Management Support Services of the Regional Authority for Economic Activities (Notice no. 166/2026). The position, of 1st-degree intermediate management, will have a three-year service commission. Applications must be submitted within ten business days after publication.
• Renewal at the Secretariat of Equipment: The service commission of Alda Maria Faria Fernandes Temtem Rodrigues was renewed for the position of Director of Services of the Management Unit of the Regional Secretariat for Equipment and Infrastructure, effective June 12, 2026, under Notice no. 167/2026.
