The Regional Government Council, through Resolution no. 254/2026, decided to revoke Resolutions no. 1184/2023 and no. 935/2024. These resolutions concerned the definitive and free transfer to IHM - Investimentos Habitacionais da Madeira, EPERAM, of the urban building located at Rua Bela de Sao Tiago, nos. 5, 5 A and 7, in the parish of Santa Maria Maior, Funchal.
The decision follows the express statement by IHM to waive the aforementioned transfer, thus ceasing all administrative effects previously planned for that property.
