Five employees have been hired on permanent contracts as Operational Assistants at schools in Madeira, starting on 1 October 2026. All will be placed at the first salary step and pay level 5 of the career scale.
The Regional Directorate for School Administration has signed permanent employment contracts with five employees for the career and category of Operational Assistant. The contracts start on 1 October 2026 and follow from the recruitment reserve established through competitive recruitment procedures opened in 2023.
The five employees will be placed at the first salary step and pay level 5 of the general Operational Assistant career scale. The contracts were signed under Law No. 35/2014 of 20 June, following approval of the Consolidated Recruitment Plan for the services and bodies of the regional public administration for 2026.
Notice No. 508/2026 was published by the Regional Directorate for School Administration and dated 25 September 2026, under the authority delegated by point 1.2 of the Order of the Regional Secretary for Education, Science and Technology No. 682/2025 of 26 September.
Sara Patrícia Rodrigues Santos has been appointed, on a three-year commission of service, head of the Human Resources and Administrative Support Division of the Regional Authority for Working Conditions. The appointment takes effect from 28 September 2026.
The final ranking for the competition to fill a Technical Assistant position in the Office of the Regional Secretary for Inclusion, Labour and Youth has been approved. The list is available at the Secretariat’s headquarters and on its website.
The Regional Directorate for Justice Administration has published the final ranking and placement lists for the competition to fill seven Registrar positions. The lists were approved on 24 September and are displayed at the Directorate’s offices and available online.
