Open Competition for Senior Legal Technician at the Institute for Qualification
The Institute for Qualification, IP-RAM, has opened a public competition to recruit a senior technician in the field of Law, with an indefinite-term public employment contract.
A notice has been published for the opening of a common competitive procedure to fill a position in the career and category of senior technician, in the field of Law, at the Institute for Qualification, IP-RAM (IQ, IP-RAM). The competition was opened by order of the Regional Secretary for Education, Science and Technology, dated August 11, 2026.
The position is intended for the Legal Office of the Directorate of Resources and Legal Support Services of IQ, IP-RAM, located at its headquarters on Estrada Comandante Camacho de Freitas in Funchal. Duties include providing legal advice, issuing opinions, preparing studies, analyzing draft legislation, and overseeing the institute's legal representation in court.
The application deadline is 10 working days from the publication of the notice in JORAM. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Law. Selection methods include a Knowledge Test (PC) and a Professional Selection Interview (EPS), or, for candidates meeting specific conditions, Curriculum Assessment (AC) and EPS.
The competition jury is chaired by Regina Maria Gouveia Brazão, Director of Resources and Legal Support Services at IQ, IP-RAM.
