Marcos Silva Gouveia has successfully completed the probationary period for the Technical Assistant career and is now a permanent employee at the Regional Tourism Directorate.
The Official Journal of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (JORAM) published a notice confirming the positive conclusion of a worker's probationary period at the Regional Secretariat for Tourism, Environment and Culture.
The worker Marcos Silva Gouveia has successfully completed the probationary period for the career and category of Technical Assistant. With this approval, his employment contract becomes permanent and the duration of the probationary period counts for all legal purposes in his career.
According to Notice No. 418/2026, the worker is now formally integrated into the secretariat's Centralized Human Resources Management System and is assigned to the Regional Tourism Directorate / Directorate of Tourism Information, Projects and Events Services.
The decision was approved on August 17, 2026, based on the powers delegated by Order No. 352/2025 of the Regional Secretary for Tourism, Environment and Culture.
