The Regional Government of Madeira has extended the wage conditions and other terms agreed between ANCIA and the unions to the entire regional motor vehicle inspection sector.
Extension Order No. 37/2026 has been published, which broadens the scope of application of the collective labor agreement concluded between the National Association of Vehicle Inspection Centers (ANCIA) and the Construction, Public Works and Services Union - SETACCOP and another.
The extension, which takes effect in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, aims to standardize minimum working conditions and level the playing field between companies in the same sector. It applies from the day after its publication.
