Madeira pharmacy sector with salary review and new meal allowance
The National Association of Pharmacies and SINPROFARM have agreed on a partial revision of the collective agreement, with new salary values and meal allowances.
The National Association of Pharmacies (ANF) and the National Union of Pharmacy Professionals (SINPROFARM) have concluded a partial revision of the collective labor agreement, effective January 1, 2026. The measure covers pharmacy technicians, auxiliary technicians, office staff, and clerks.
Key changes:
- Meal Allowance: Updated to €6.00.
- Salary Tables: Revision of minimum monthly remuneration for all professional categories, including point-based progression schemes and annual bonuses.
Payment of arrears related to 2026 may be made in two installments. The Regional Government has also published a notice of a draft extension ordinance to apply these conditions to the entire sector in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, with a 10-day period open for interested parties to file objections.
