The Madeira Government has authorized a 30-day extension for the formalization of housing purchases under the public offer OPCC 1/2024.
The Regional Government Council approved, through Resolution no. 532/2026, the derogation of the final part of no. 2 of Resolution no. 846/2024, granting an additional period of 30 days for the completion of the acquisition of housing units awarded in the public offer OPCC 1/2024.
This measure follows requests submitted by the awardees to IHM - Investimentos Habitacionais da Madeira, EPERAM, who require extra time to finalize works and procedural steps essential for the execution of public deeds. The Madeiran executive emphasizes that this extension does not compromise the fulfillment of the time targets established under the Investment RE-C02-i03-RAM of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR).
