IASAÚDE appoints directors for audit and financial management
Filipa Isabel Camacho Câmara Barros takes over as Director of Audit and Inspection for one year, while Carla Patrícia Figueira da Silva Moura is appointed head of the Financial and Budget Office for three years. The appointments are set out in Orders No. 397/2026 and No. 398/2026.
The Institute of Health Administration, IP-RAM (IASAÚDE) has appointed heads for two directorates following approval of the institute’s new statutes by Ordinance No. 538/2026 of 22 September.
- Filipa Isabel Camacho Câmara Barros, who holds a degree in Management and is a senior officer at the Madeira Social Security Institute, IP-RAM, has been appointed Director of Services of IASAÚDE’s Directorate of Audit and Inspection on a one-year fixed-term commission. The post is an intermediate management position of the 1st degree. The appointment is set out in Order No. 397/2026 and takes effect on 1 October 2026.
- Carla Patrícia Figueira da Silva Moura, who holds a degree and is on the staff of the Institute of Health Administration, IP-RAM, has been appointed Head of Division of IASAÚDE’s Financial and Budget Office on a three-year fixed-term commission. The post is an intermediate management position of the 2nd degree. The appointment is set out in Order No. 398/2026 and takes effect on the date of the order, 29 September 2026.
The Directorate of Audit and Inspection was established under IASAÚDE’s new statutes and, according to the order, the post had not yet been filled. The appointment to the Financial and Budget Office follows a competitive recruitment procedure, whose panel recommended Carla Patrícia Figueira da Silva Moura for the position.
