Madeira's Health Service (SESARAM) approved the redistribution of funds for a warehouse lease contract and for the operational rental of a heavy goods vehicle.
Two significant expenses have been authorized for the Health Service of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, EPERAM (SESARAM, EPERAM), related to support infrastructure and logistics.
The first measure refers to a contract for the partial sublease of a space for the storage of hospital materials and clinical and non-clinical archives. The second authorizes the operational rental of a heavy goods vehicle.

A capital injection of 45 million euros has been authorized for the Madeira Health Service to strengthen solvency and reduce overdue payments to suppliers.

Ordinance No. 401/2026 authorizes the distribution of 1,554,300.09 euros, plus 6% VAT, for the centralized procurement of National Vaccination Plan vaccines for the next year.
