Payment Schedule Changed for SESARAM Vehicle Rental
Ordinance No. 312/2026 redefines the payment calendar for the operational rental contract of light passenger vehicles for the regional health service.
Ordinance No. 312/2026, of July 5, has been published, amending and redistributing the budgetary charges related to the operational rental of light passenger vehicles for the Madeira Regional Health Service, EPERAM (SESARAM, EPERAM). The contract, with a total price of €793,137.60 (seven hundred and ninety-five thousand, one hundred and thirty-seven euros and sixty cents), plus VAT, has a duration of 48 months.
The ordinance amends the previous Ordinance No. 355/2025, of June 26, establishing a new payment schedule over the contract's duration.
Distribution of Payments by Fiscal Year
The charges are distributed as follows:
- Fiscal Year 2026: €99,142.20
- Fiscal Year 2027: €198,284.40
- Fiscal Year 2028: €198,284.40
- Fiscal Year 2029: €198,284.40
- Fiscal Year 2030: €99,142.20
The expense for 2026 is budgeted in the SESARAM, EPERAM budget. The amount set for each year may be increased by the balance carried forward from the previous year. The ordinance entered into force on July 15, 2026.
