The Regional Government has authorized the distribution of budgetary charges for the operational leasing of passenger vehicles for the Madeira Regional Health Service.
The Regional Government of Madeira, through the Regional Secretariat for Health and Civil Protection and the Regional Secretariat for Finance, has published Ordinance no. 217/2026, which authorizes the distribution of budgetary charges related to the provision of operational leasing services for passenger cars for the Madeira Regional Health Service, EPERAM (SESARAM, EPERAM).
The contract, with a duration of 48 months, has a global base price of 1,280,009.28 euros, plus VAT at a rate of 22%. The fixed annual value is 320,002.32 euros.

The ordinance also establishes that the amount set for each financial year may be increased by the balance found in the previous year. The expenditure is duly registered under funding source 319, economic classification D.02.02.06, of the SESARAM, EPERAM budget for 2026.
