In the case file for Process No. 344/26.1BEFUN, ANM-TVDE - Associação Nacional Movimento TVDE (the Applicant) challenged the legality of provisions contained in two resolutions of the Regional Government Council:
The applicant association asks the court to order the immediate lifting of the suspension on issuing new TVDE operator and driver licenses in Madeira, to rule that no acts be taken that prevent access to the activity, and to sentence the Autonomous Region of Madeira (the Defendant) to pay the legal costs.
