Ordinance No. 498/2026 modifies the financial phasing for the reconstruction of hydraulic infrastructures upstream of ER 101, in Ribeiro da Ponta Delgada (Enxurros), representing a total investment of 1.38 million euros.
The Regional Government of Madeira has approved a change to the budgetary phasing for the reconstruction work of hydraulic infrastructures in Ribeiro da Ponta Delgada, in the parish of Enxurros. The intervention, which aims to prevent damage upstream of Regional Road 101, now has total funding of 1,387,000.03 euros, distributed over the next two years.
According to Ordinance No. 498/2026, the charges have been redistributed as follows:
The allocation for 2026 is already covered in the Budget of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (RAM) for the current year, while the expenditure for 2027 will be included in the budget proposal for the next year. The ordinance, signed by the regional secretaries of Finance and of Equipment and Infrastructures, comes into force on the working day following its publication.
The Government Council approved the project for the construction of the second phase of the municipal road between Sítio da Igreja and Sítio das Fontes, in Quinta Grande, with a maximum regional contribution of 8.5 million euros.
The Council of Government has approved a resolution authorizing an expenditure of 6.72 million euros for a slope stabilization and protection project on Via Expresso 2, between the Ladeira da Vinha and João Delgado tunnels.
The Autonomous Region of Madeira will acquire a plot of land in Santo António, valued at 10,718.25 euros, necessary for the execution of an access and safety infrastructure project.
