Programme contract with Calheta amended to fund landscape rehabilitation in Paúl do Mar
The Autonomous Region of Madeira and Calheta Municipal Council have amended the programme contract to fund the landscape rehabilitation of houses in Paúl do Mar, with a regional investment of 854,959.62 euros.
The Autonomous Region of Madeira and Calheta Municipal Council have proceeded with the second amendment to the technical and financial cooperation programme contract they have signed. The amendment, published in JORAM, aims to adjust the period of validity and the funding for a specific intervention.
The contract, initially signed on 19 July 2023 and amended a first time on 2 December 2024, has now been modified again through Contract No. 141/2026.
The main amendments are:
- Period of validity: The contract enters into force on the day following its publication and ends on 31 December 2027.
- Funding: The maximum financial contribution from the Region for the work "Landscape rehabilitation of houses in Paúl do Mar" is set at 854,959.62 euros. Of this amount, 400,000 euros are planned for 2026 and the remaining 454,959.62 euros for 2027.
- Budgetary classification: The regional expenditure is covered under the budgetary heading 47.50.02.01.D.08.05.03 B0.SH.
This amendment formalises the Region's financial commitment to the implementation of this landscape rehabilitation project in the parish of Paúl do Mar, in the municipality of Calheta.
